October 16th | "A Wrap Party" An all- Asian celebration of foods of Vietnam, Korea, Thailand: dumplings, sushi, lettuce wraps and spring rolls.
October 30th | "The French Table" A classic Parisian Bistro meal from salade verte to chocolate souffle.
November 6th | "Asian Market 101" Take a tour of our local market, Han au Reum- get to know the classic ingredients and building blocks of Asian cuisine, then bring your new knowledge back to our Kitchen to a prepare a delicious meal together. 4 hour course.
December 11th | "Feast from the Middle East" A delicately exotic meal featuring the dishes of Egypt, Isreal and the cultural influences of N. Africa and Greece.
January 29th | "A Taste of Provence" Classic recipes from the South of France: think aromatic herbs and magical Mediterranean flavors- a perfect 'date night' meal!
